~ USAGE AGREEMENT ~

We at LocoLo.co take our responsibilities seriously:

• Providing the best locations and opportunities to our production clients.
• Providing the best security, privacy and location care to our location owners.

As agents for the location owner, we provide the assurances they require to comfortably open their doors to a production. LocoLo.co locations are not one-timers, but on-going relationships built on trust and reputation, allowing us to network for even more and better future locations.
Respect and reputation are everything.

We also aim to provide the absolute best, high-end locations for our production clients,
which frequently means imposing on people who don't necessarily do it for the money.
Instead, these are often people who are willing to open their doors out of interest in the project,
and only after their basic security requirements have been met.

LocoLo.co maintains insurance policies that are designed to cover true accidents, in order to pacify the owner's very rational concern of allowing strangers into their personal spaces and lives.
However, insurance certificates are not enough to ensure a location for future use.
Respect and responsibility from all parties is imperative.

The concept is straightforward:
    If it was your home, what respect would you expect from invited strangers?

• May they rummage through closets and drawers for props, wardrobe or entertainment?
• May talent or others wander throughout the home unescorted?
• Should the agreed head-count population be exceeded without permission?
• Are all belongings really fair game, or should permission be respectfully sought before use?
• How should the guests treat floors, walls and furniture?

A location fee is a financial agreement to specific rights and privileges, not a buy-out of the location and its contents. Anything beyond normal usage must be discussed with LocoLo.co or the owner directly, prior to implementation.

Though the specific guidelines are gray,
ethical responsibility for the care and use of another's property are not.
Location owners have been assured that they have the power
to shut down an abusive production immediately.
LocoLo.co strives to connect only the best people,
and assumes no shutdown would ever be necessary.
